  • What is the purpose of the event, and what are the attendance goals?
    This helps us understand why they are having the event, and what their goals are so we can help them reach it.
  • What date is the event?
    We need to know this so we can stop promoting the event before it happens.
  • Is there a specific budget for the event, or do you need a recommendation?
    We need to establish a budget, and make sure we pace it out properly over the course of the promotional period. We also need to find the balance between getting in front of the target audience enough to resonate with them, without over targeting them and wasting spend.
  • What type of people would be interested in attending this event and why would people want to attend?
    This, combined with all of the above, helps us determine the audiences and people we target to promote the event to.
